Dig Deep Health · Coaching
Health coaching for people who are tired of starting over.
You already know what you should be doing. The problem is keeping it going after the first two weeks. Dig Deep Health gives you a plan built around your real schedule, a weekly rhythm of check-ins, and a coach who notices when you slip and helps you get back on track.
Not ready to talk yet? The quiz shows which of three patterns keeps restarting you and what to work on first.
Built on Christian faith and open to anyone. You do not need to share my faith to get real value here.
Is This For You?
This is a fit if you
- Have started over with your health more times than you want to count
- Know what to do but stop doing it when life gets busy
- Want structure and someone holding you to it, not more information
- Are ready to do the work, starting small
This is not a fit if you
- Need a personal trainer, physical therapist, dietitian, or medical care
- Want a quick fix or a 30-day transformation
- Want someone else to do the work for you
If that is you, no problem. Tell me on the free call and I will point you somewhere better.
The Real Problem
It is rarely a knowledge problem.
Most people who come to me can already explain what they should eat, how they should move, and how much they should sleep. What breaks down is follow-through: the plan is too big, it does not fit their actual week, and nobody notices when they quietly stop. I spent about ten years planning and optimizing without finishing much of anything, so I know that pattern from the inside.
Coaching here works on three things: a small set of habits sized to your real schedule, a weekly rhythm that keeps you honest, and the identity underneath it, meaning how you see yourself and what you believe is possible for you. That last part is where faith comes in, and where most programs never go.

From Our Google Reviews
“Caleb and his group not only help me and my family get our fit groove back but they LISTEN! And not just ‘do what I say’ listen. They took time to learn us and suggested plenty of resources and tools to help us get back right. I love the weekly check in for not just mental but regular life checks to balance everything out.”
Latoya G.
“It’s not just about telling you what you should do, it’s about helping you actually make changes and stick with them. Caleb is a stand-up guy who does what he says he’s going to do. He’s consistent, trustworthy, and someone I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone who is serious about improving themselves.”
Elijah R.
“The depth of first hand knowledge he has regarding physical training, mental barriers to productivity and overall life alignment is impeccable! I’m looking forward to our next session.”

How It Works
From first call to week one
- Free 30-minute video call. You tell me where you actually are and what you have tried. I tell you honestly whether coaching fits and which track makes sense. No pressure to sign up on the call.
- Enroll, intake, and agreement. You enroll in your track, fill out a short intake so I understand your schedule, history, and goals, and sign a simple coaching agreement through DocuSign so we are both clear on expectations. Coaching starts once all three are done.
- Your starting plan. We set your baseline and choose the first two or three habits. Small enough to keep on a bad day.
- The weekly rhythm. Check-in form, coaching call, and messages during the week. When something is not working, we change it.
Straight Answers
Questions people ask before they start
Do I have to be a Christian?
No. The coaching is built on my Christian faith and faith comes up openly, especially in the identity work. You do not have to share it, and nobody will pressure you. If you would rather leave faith out of your own plan, say so and we will.
Is this personal training, nutrition coaching, or medical advice?
No. This is habit and accountability coaching. I do not write meal plans or training programs, diagnose anything, or replace your doctor. If you need one of those, I will tell you, and we can still work on the consistency piece alongside it.
How much time does it take each week?
The weekly call, a short check-in form, and the daily habits we choose together. We size the habits to your actual schedule, so if your week is packed, the plan reflects that.
How do I reach you between calls?
Text or voice message, Monday through Friday. I reply within one business day.
What if it is not working?
We change the plan. That is built into how we work. There are no refunds once coaching starts, which is why the free call comes first: so you know exactly what you are signing up for before you pay.
I have tried programs before and quit. Why would this be different?
Most programs hand you a plan and leave. Here, someone checks in every week, the plan gets smaller when life gets harder, and we work on why you keep stopping, not just what to do. I cannot do the work for you, but you will not be doing it alone.
