What you get: written SOPs for your core processes, simple workflows and checklists, a dashboard for the numbers you actually watch, and automations where they save real time. Built in tools you already use where possible.

Bookkeeping

The problem: you do not know your real numbers until tax time.

What you get: monthly books kept current, so you can see what you earn and spend each month and hand your tax preparer clean records. I do not prepare taxes or give tax advice.

Operations Consulting

The problem: you know something is slowing you down but cannot pin it.

What you get: a review of how work moves through your business, the two or three bottlenecks costing you the most, and a written action plan you can carry out with or without me.

  1. Free 30-minute consult. You walk me through how your business runs today and where it hurts.
  2. Written scope and price. I send you exactly what I will deliver, the timeline, and the cost before any work starts. No surprise invoices.
  3. Build. We work through it together. You review as we go.
  4. Handoff. You get everything in writing so you or your team can run it without me.
